Please call us on 020 7433 3338 for an appointment at our Finchley Road / Hampstead, Covent Garden or Greenford offices.

You will be asked your name, telephone number and the nature of the document that you need to be notarised.

Most appointments last for 25 minutes, but detailed work may take longer.

Identification required.

You will need to bring with you two forms of identification: a passport or full driving licence (both parts) and a recent utility bill. An important function of a notary is to verify your identity and matters cannot be progressed if there is deficiency in the documentation submitted concerning your identity.

Weekend and evening appointments - no problem!

Appointments times available are from 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, however we offer weekend and evening appointments and for an additional fee, we can attend your place of work or office.
