Disbursements

The client is responsible for all disbursements such as, but not restricted to, the following:

  • legalisation fees charged by the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and embassies;
  • any fees charged by Companies House for Company searches, if relevant;
  • travelling, courier, or other costs relating to delivery of documentation.

We will advise you of all disbursement costs involved (if any) before any work is commenced.

Payment

Payment should be made with cash or cheque backed with a guarantee card. A receipt will be issued.

In respect of a regular account, H & S Notary Practice will issue an invoice with the completed documentation, for payment within 14 days.

TWO IMPORTANT QUESTIONS THAT YOU WILL NEED TO CONSIDER:

  • Do you need a FCO apostille attached to your document?
